Cancellation Policy
PLEASE CAREFULLY REVIEW THE FOLLOWING APPOINTMENT POLICIES REGARDING CANCELLATION /RESCHEDULE, NO-SHOW, FILL IN & GENERAL SERVICE INFORMATION:
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Life is often unpredictable, so of course an unexpected cancellation may be necessary, but it is requested that at least a 48 hour notice be given. Should you need to cancel or reschedule please do so conveniently online within 48 hours of your appointment. Should any appointment time change/reschedule fall outside of the 48 hours it will be treated as a cancellation & the following fee will apply:
There will be a fee of 50% of the service price upon CANCELLATION in order to rebook your appointment. This fee is a penalty, & unlike a deposit it is NOT deducted from your service total and MUST BE PAID BEFORE any new appointment date can be booked. Also note that DEPOSITS ON CANCELLED APPOINTMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Please schedule appointments that you can keep.
DEPOSIT TRANSFER/FORFEITURE POLICY:
For appointments requiring deposit please note that you may reschedule your appointment once with your deposit being transferred to the new appointment.
Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours before your original appointment time. If you need to reschedule again, the deposit will be forfeited & a new deposit will be required.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:
Please note there will be a $10 late fee applied to your total if you are more than 15 mins late for your appointment. Conversely, if your wait for your scheduled appointment is longer than 15 minutes a $10 credit will be applied to your appointment total. My, your, & the client before/after you all deserve our time to be valued & respected.
If you feel you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment please text & advise.
Your appointment will be cancelled if you are more than 30 minutes late, at which time the above cancellation policy will apply.
NO-SHOW POLICY:
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without providing any prior communication will be prohibited/banned from booking future appointments. If there were extenuating circumstances that caused the no-show, please contact me directly to discuss a resolution. I understand that unexpected situations can arise, and I am happy to work with you to find a solution when communicated promptly.
STUDIO POLICIES:
• NO GUESTS, CHILDREN, or PETS: To ensure a calm, focused, and professional environment for your service, it is kindly requested that you DO NOT bring guests, children, or pets to your appointment.
If it is absolutely necessary to bring your child, please request by text prior to your appointment. Your child must be able to sit quietly in the waiting area without causing any disruptions. If a child becomes a distraction to our service time, other professionals or guests, your appointment may be cut short & you may be asked to reschedule, also unfortunately they will not be allowed to accompany you to future appointments.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as this policy is necessary in maintaining the schedule & creating a serene atmosphere for all.
• AGE REQUIREMENT: All clients must be 18 years or older to receive services unless approved by a parent or guardian.
• PAYMENT: A current card on file is required for booking. Placing a fake or non-working card on file will result in an immediate ban from booking future appointments.
Additionally, clients who fails to pay for service at time of completion, pay with counterfeit cash, or attempt chargebacks for services rendered will also be permanently banned & may face further legal action to recover payment owed in the event of blatant theft of service.
Credit/debit cards, cash & Zelle are all acceptable forms of payment.
• NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES: All services provided are non-refundable. If you are ever dissatisfied with a service, I am committed to working with you to address any concerns and ensure your satisfaction. I value my clients and deeply appreciate you trusting me with your hard-earned money. Your happiness and confidence in my services mean the world to me.
** CLIENTS RETURNING WITH LESS THAN 50% OF LASHES REMAINING FOR A FILL SERVICE MAY BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $25 or for a NEW FULL SET IF REQUIRED. PLEASE BOOK YOUR FILL IN APPOINTMENTS ACCORDINGLY **
Please note, any necessary additional client service waivers/forms/agreements will be made available for your acknowledgement before or at time of service.
